Refund policy

The purchased products may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

If the user is already registered to the site, just make the return directly from Orders section in your reserved area.

REQUEST A RETURN AS A GUEST USER

To start the return and refund process, fill in the online return form. After verifying the return request, we will send an e-mail containing the return document and instructions.

In case of returns from non-EU countries, the return is always at the customer’s expense and will be accepted only upon request by the customer.
In such cases, Circolo1901 will arrange the courier booking in advance, covering the related shipping costs and customs duties.
These expenses will be deducted from the refund amount.
Any additional customs charges and taxes, as well as shipping costs, remain the responsibility of the customer.
All costs associated with the return will not be reimbursed by the Seller under any circumstances.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the customer fill in the form relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the 14-days period mentioned above, send an unused product and returned in the same conditions in which it was shipped, in its original box where possible. If the original packaging is no longer available, it will have to be replaced with a similar one for size and volume.
If the product is returned due to a manufacturing or quality defect for which S.G.L. S.r.l.is responsible, you will be refunded the full amount paid within 10 working days. The return will be made automatically on the credit card or account indicated by the customer, depending on the payment method used by the customer during the purchase.
The refund will be made when the return arrives at our warehouse and the items will be verified. If the products comply with the return conditions, we will immediately refund and send you a confirmation e-mail. Refund times depend on the payment method used to place the order.
