RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

You may submit a return request for purchased products within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Once your return request has been approved, you will have an additional 14 days to return the items according to the instructions provided.

The following conditions must be met in order for a return to be accepted:

• Products must not have been washed or altered in any way;
• Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all tags, labels and hangtags still attached;
• The order must be returned in its original packaging or in equivalent protective packaging.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item due to an error by Circolo 1901, please contact our Customer Service team by sending an email to info@circolo1901.it, using your order number, first name, and last name as the subject of the email. You will then receive further instructions on how to proceed.

Unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with the above requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original shipping address.

How do I return an item?

• Register or log in to your account by clicking the “Customer Account” icon – HERE – in the top-right corner of the website and enter the email address used to place your order;
• Go to the Orders section;
• Click Request Return;
• Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose the reason for the return;
• Click the black REQUEST RETURN button on the right to submit your request.

Once your return request has been received and reviewed, our Customer Care team will authorize the return.

You will then receive an email containing all the instructions required to return your item(s), including a prepaid shipping label to be attached to the outside of the parcel.

Note: The system displays the actual amount paid for each product as the refundable amount.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been confirmed, provided it has not yet been processed or handed over to the courier for shipment, by clicking the “Customer Account” icon – HERE.

Once order fulfillment has begun, cancellation will no longer be possible. In this case, you may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this Return Policy.

Return Shipping

For orders delivered within European Union countries, return shipping is free of charge.

For orders delivered to non-EU countries, return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer. The return request must first be authorized by the Seller. Once approved, Circolo 1901 will arrange collection through its courier, advancing the shipping costs and any applicable customs clearance charges.

All costs incurred for the return shipment, including shipping fees, customs clearance charges, duties, taxes, and any other import-related expenses, will be deducted from the refund amount. These costs are entirely borne by the customer and will not, under any circumstances, be reimbursed by the Seller.

If a product is returned due to a manufacturing or quality defect for which S.G.L. S.r.l. is deemed responsible, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days. The refund will be automatically credited to the credit card or payment account used to complete the purchase, depending on the payment method selected at checkout.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed once the returned products have been received at our warehouse and have successfully passed the required quality inspections.

If the returned products comply with the conditions set out in this Return Policy, the refund will be processed promptly, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment method used for the purchase and the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
