- Shipping and delivery
The shipping fees are always free for order over 100 €.
The delivery timeframe depends on the courier.
In case of return, the refund will be paid net of promotion/discount fees. - Return
The costs of the return shipment are borne by the S.G.L. s.r.l.
The return request will be accepted only within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The customer can request the return by filling in the appropriate form in his account.

Customers can make payments with credit cards, PayPal or bank transfer.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
- Shipping Methods
For orders addressed to non-EU countries, the Seller Circolo 1901 is responsible for the delivery of the goods, including transport costs to the destination agreed by the buyer. Any customs clearance costs including import duties are borne by the Customer, as the goods are shipped in DAP mode (DELIVERY AT PLACE).
You can calculate a forecast of the costs of import formalities at check-out, before submitting your order.
The delivery timeframe depends on the courier. In case of return, the refund will be paid net of discounts/promotions/shipping costs/duties and taxes where charged to the Seller. - Return
The customer is responsible for the return costs and the request will be accepted only within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The Customer may request a return by filling in the appropriate form in his account.
In order to submit the return, it is necessary to complete all parts of the return document that will be sent via e-mail, following the instructions attached to it. The document can also be downloaded by clicking here.
Any customs duties and taxes, as well as shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Circolo 1901 will not refund the shipping costs as well as import duties and taxes.
